ASEAN Declaration on Strengthening Social Potection
The declaration was adopted at the 23rd ASEAN Summit in 2013 and strives to promote concrete actions towards improving the quality, coverage, and sustainability of social protection among countries in the region. It seeks support for national policies and strategies, promote results-based and evidence-based national assessments, and strengthen capacity of governments and all stakeholders to accelerate progress and impact of social protection.
